High Heat Performance

Built for searing, sautéing, and everyday cooking.

Heats quickly and responds as temperature changes.
Holds enough heat for consistent searing.

Already slick enough to cook on out of the box. The surface develops a patina with use, and release keeps improving over time.

Handle Design

Hollow stainless steel construction.

Reduced mass. Slower heat transfer.

Natural grip. Balanced in hand.
Controlled when lifting and pouring.

Oven safe.

Riveted Handle

Stainless steel rivets attach the handle to the pan.

Rivets let the joint move slightly as the metal expands and contracts with heat, so the handle stays secure under repeated use instead of cracking or separating the way a weld can.

Base Stability

A subtle concave base expands toward flat as it heats, maintaining consistent contact with the cooktop — including induction.

It stays stable under rapid heat changes, which reduces long-term warping.

Black Carbon Steel

Heat treated to improve strength and reduce susceptibility to rust.
