When I started H Cookware, I didn’t set out to make more products. I set out to make better ones.
Cookware should not be disposable. It should not be temporary. And it should not be designed around replacement.
That belief has led to an important decision.
We are phasing out coated nonstick cookware.

Nonstick is convenient. But convenience is not longevity. Even the highest-quality coatings wear down. They lose performance. They require replacement. That cycle—buy, use, discard, repeat—no longer aligns with our direction.
We believe cookware should improve with time, not decline.

Sustainability is often discussed in materials and messaging. For us, it begins with lifespan. A pan that lasts decades is more responsible than one designed to last a few years.
Our future is carbon steel and stainless clad.
These materials have been trusted in professional kitchens for generations. They withstand heat. They develop character. They demand a little more at first and return far more over time.

This direction will not be for everyone. Nonstick is easier at the beginning. But we are not building H Cookware for the easiest beginning. We are building it for the longest horizon.
If you own our nonstick cookware, our warranty and support remain fully in place. We stand behind everything we have made.
What is changing is our focus.
Fewer products. Better materials. Longer life.
We are growing slowly with chefs, street food cooks, and home kitchens that value durability over convenience. People who care about what they cook with and why.
Not the biggest. The most intentional.
